To make these you’ll need the following ingredients: flour, ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, ground cloves, baking soda, light brown sugar, unsalted butter, molasses, crystallized ginger, an egg, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. Make the cream cheese filling with butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and salt. Dust the tops with powdered sugar and enjoy!
