|Recommended: YesLove living here — I have been here a bit over a month and love it. So cozy and a great location. Only flaw I can think of is the occasional trash on the front lawn or on the staircases, but it's usually gone within a week.

|Recommended: YesCollegiate Communities — The management and staff are excellent. Maintenance is timely, courteous and effective. The office amenities and location are user friendly. Community space is clean and is suitable for group meetings.
Bathroom vanity, though in working condition, needs serious updating replacement with new unit. I trust that will be addressed in time as well. Overall, affordable, clean and nice place to live.

From learning your name prior to moving in, their awesome monthly events and door deliveries, fun amenities, to their maintenance staff being super friendly when working on things on property and in your unit, they make living here more than just an apartment - it’s an experience I recommend C2 to anyone looking for housing around Purdue
